Toby Adams, age 40, of Jacksonville, NC formerly of Chelsea, MA passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 18, 2016 after a long battle with heart disease.

Toby is the son of the late MaryAnn (Cronin) Shaer and the late Russell Adams. He is survived by his older brother Russell Adams, younger brother Erik Adams, sister in law Michelle Adams, nieces Kameron and Haley Adams, nephew Logan Adams & loving fiance Heather Ludington and her daughter Tessah O'Neill.. Toby is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Toby was a loving partner to Heather and was very devoted to his family. He will always be remembered for his quick wit and lively conversations, He was truly one of a kind and will be greatly missed by all he knew.

A celebration of Toby's life will be held at Smith Funeral Home 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea on Saturday October 29th from 4 to 5:30 PM with a Prayer Servce being held at 5:15 PM. Committal Services are private
