MacDONALD, Joseph B.- Of Malden, November 5th. Devoted husband of Joyce E. (Bragdon). Beloved father of Jean Morin and her late husband Randall of Whitinsville and Jennifer Cunha and her husband Michael of Rockport. Brother of Anna Hogan and Paul MacDonald both of Malden, James MacDonald of Wakefield, Martin MacDonald of Wisconsin and the late Mary Poore, Daniel, John and Thomas MacDonald. Cherished grandfather of Daniel Whelan, Christopher Bartlett, Caroline Bartlett, Lee Accomando, Mia Accomando, Lily Cunha and the late Kenneth Bartlett. Also lovingly survived by his great granddaughter Persephone Bartlett as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Carroll Funeral Home, 721 Salem Street, (Maplewood Square) MALDEN on Wednesday, November 9th at 8:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Joseph's Church, 770 Salem St., Malden at 10 o'clock. Services will conclude with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Expressions of sympathy in Joe's name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
A lifelong resident of Malden, Joseph at 80 years of age, passed away at the Bedford Veterans Administration Hospital late Saturday afternoon. A United States Army veteran, Joe worked for over 20 years as a fork lift operator at Continental Canning and then for over 10 years for Eastern Chemlac. In his spare time he enjoyed baking, football, reading and fishing.

Our Sympathy goes out to the Mac Donald Family. We know that Joe will be missed. I will never forget our days at St. Joes. Also playing and coasting down Rockingham Ave. You are in our prayers.
