JOUGHIN- Of Somerville, formerly of Revere and Malden, September 15th, Edward F. Devoted brother of Evelyn Fioretti of Westboro, Mary Ann Merrill of Lisbon, NH, Josephine Bulman of Stoneham, Margaret Grassi of Everett and the late John Joughin. Also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Carroll Funeral Home, 721 Salem Street, (Maplewood Square) MALDEN on Friday, September 18th at 12:30 PM. Visitation with the family prior to the Service beginning at 11 AM. Services will conclude with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
Born in Revere, where he received his education prior to moving to Malden, Edward, at 77 years of age, passed away at the Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home where he had been receiving supportive care. A member of the Malden Moose he worked for over 20 years as the manager of the New England Motor Court on Broadway in Malden.

I enjoyed knowing Ed so much, he was a treat to work with. Always offering ideas, jokes and assistance. Offering a kiss on the forehead everyday to the lucky ladies in the dining room. Bringing me country music to play for the groups. He was our "santa" each year and will be greatly missed.

I feel so blessed to have so many wonderful, fun memories of My Uncle Eddie. He always put a smile on everyone's face! He was an amazing man with a huge heart! RIP Uncle Eddie, I will love you always <3>

I had many happy memories of "Uncle Eddie" when Tom and I were together. He was always SO sweet + polite nto me. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was always happy. God took back another Angel. Rest In Peace Dear man. :-)
