Mom it's been one full year...I have struggled and loved and mourned and remembered and more than anything I miss you every day . I can't thank God enough for giving me a Mom that always loved and cared, but even more felt and understood the joys and pains. You were my best friend through my hardest years and by my side to celebrate and enjoy my happiest years. I love you and thank you for all that you gave. I am grateful for the last years, I knew it was getting hard for you and I wanted to give back to you just a piece of the love and caring you always gave to me and everyone that you cared for. God Blessed us all with YOU..I miss you every day, but celebrate and embrace your life, your love and the memories of what you did and gave. Love you forever and always xoxo

So sorry for your loss. Nanny was a wonderful woman. One of my fondest memories is when I was little and lived near her most of my life until I had to move an hour away. I was scared, and she knew I loved her little lady bug magnets on her refrigerator. So she gave me one so I wouldn't be scared, and had a bit of what was home with me. I also remember many days sitting at the table talking with her. She will be greatly missed.
