REID, Eleanor F. (Cleary)- Of Malden, January 8th. Devoted wife of the late James E. Reid. Beloved mother of the late Nancy Lomartire and Thomas Reid. Dear sister-in-law of Mary Cleary of Wilmington. Cherished grandmother of Kristen DeMoranville of Jefferson, Nick Lomartire of Wilmington and James Reid of Gloucester. Great grandmother of Jason and Jeremy DeMoranville. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Carroll Funeral Home, 721 Salem Street, (Maplewood Square) MALDEN on Monday, January 12th at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Joseph's Church, 770 Salem St., Malden at 9 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Carroll Funeral Home on Sunday from 3-6 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
A lifelong resident on Malden and a teller for over 10 years for Malden Trust which then became part on Eastern Bank, Eleanor, passed away late Thursday morning at the Bear Hill Nursing Center in Wakefield at the age of 90. In her spare time, she was an avid bingo player, enjoyed her many trips to Foxwoods and loved rooting for the Boston Red Sox.

I was so sorry to hear about your loss. I worked with Eleanor for many years at Malden Trust Company. She was a wonderful woman with a great sense of humor and incredible courage. We will miss her dearly at our ladies' lunches. May God bless you all as you grieve the loss of someone so special.
