VEGA- Of Chelsea, formerly of Patillas, Puerto Rico, January 25th, Arcadia. Wife of Luis Gonzalez. Devoted mother of Nilda Vega, Teresa Vega and Felix Vega all of Chelsea, Maria Vega of Puerto Rico, Maribel Vega of Everett and the late Oscar Vega and Jose A. Vega. Sister of the late Manuela, Maria, Nilo and Nieves Vega. Also lovingly survived by 27 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Tuesday, January 31st at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Rose Church, 600 Broadway, Chelsea at 10 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Monday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
